APM Terminals Valencia counts on state of the art Information Systems to manage the operations and to guarantee the best possible service to our customers. Our Information System encompasses all functional areas of the terminal, with real-time updates to the database thanks to the use of radio data terminals. In addition, the location of our machinery within the terminal is controlled by means of an automated Global Positioning System (GPS). Data transmission capabilities are provided by means of the intensive use of UN/EDIFACT files and a website where customers can check their cargo's handlings in real time.
